Welcome to Imaginary Friends.
The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Imaginary Friends.
By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. About Imaginary Friends

Imaginary Friends provides curated table packages for private dinners and small events.
Each package includes rented items such as tableware, linen, glassware and décor, as well as optional add-ons like flowers or printed materials.

All rental items remain the property of Imaginary Friends at all times.

2. Orders and Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout when placing your order.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking.

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Because our packages are prepared specifically for each event:

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

4. Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection will take place at the agreed time and address.

The client is responsible for ensuring safe and timely access for delivery and pickup.

Any failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional fees.

5. Care and Use of Rental Items

All items are provided clean, complete and in excellent condition.
You are responsible for the rented items from the moment they are delivered until they are collected.

Please handle all pieces with care and use them for their intended purpose only.

6. Damage, Loss and Replacement Policy

We understand that accidents can happen. However, all items are rented on the basis that they will be returned in good condition.

Any missing, broken or damaged items will be charged at their replacement value, based on our current supplier cost.

Glassware and ceramics returned chipped or cracked will be considered damaged and charged accordingly.

Textiles or linens returned with permanent stains, burns or tears will be charged a replacement fee.

We recommend ensuring sufficient table space and care during setup and cleanup to avoid unnecessary damage.

7. Flowers and Add-Ons

Fresh flowers and printed materials are made to order and therefore non-refundable once confirmed.
Variations in color and type may occur due to seasonal availability.

8. Liability

Imaginary Friends is not responsible for any injury, accident or property damage that occurs during the use of our rental items.
Our liability is limited to the value of the rental fee paid.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, images, designs and content on our website are the property of Imaginary Friends and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands.
